There is always a process to create anything in your life. Whether you want to lose weight, start your own business, buy a new car… there is always a process! Here’s how it goes…
Idea
You first have an idea. The idea is a thought that comes to your mind of something you want in your life. The idea is a thought in the future. You can’t touch and it’s not real. YET! This is also a visualization, or as our teachers would call it a “day dream”. They are thoughts in the future of something you would like to create in your life!
Plan
Next is the Plan. The Plan is coming up with blueprint of how you’re going to achieve your creation. This is where you ask yourself “What actions do I need to take to create “your idea”? Write this down and answer it. This may lead to another question. Same thing, write it down and answer it? If you don’t know the answer… do some research. For example… Ask the question on Google and see if you find some suggestions, or find an expert and ask their opinion or even hire them to help you! The answers are there… You just need to search and find them. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “If there’s a will there’s a way”… If your creation is something you really want, you will do what’s necessary to achieve it!
This part can be challenging and requires focus and hard work… But it’s an important step to helping you create this thing you want in your life! A doctor just doesn’t think “I want to be a doctor and becomes a doctor”… NO… They research what school they would like to attend and then they sit down with the school adviser and set their plan of action to become a doctor.
Make sure to write your plan out “on paper” so you have your roadmap.
Action
If you want to create anything in your life… you must take “ACTION”. Action is the physical effort to take this Idea/ thought and make it a reality. Action is hard work! Taking action is taking yourself out of your comfort zone (which is a challenge in itself) to create this thing you want in your life!
In theory tacking action is simple, but in reality taking action is hard work! You’re challenging yourself to get out of your comfort zone and create this thing you desire in your life! It’s not easy, but it’s one of the most beautiful rewarding things you can do for yourself. I believe taking yourself out of your comfort zone to create one’s daydreams as they called it in school… enriches one’s life in a deep and meaningful way!
Go out and create! 🙂 I know you can!
