Physical activity has been an integral part of my life since I was a teenager. Over the years, I am now 65, I have trained in organized and personal activities, which I have done for enjoyment, general physical and mental fitness as well as in competition.

There have been numerous coaches, trainers and “gurus” throughout they years. Most recently, since I reside part of the year in Chicago, I train twice a week at the Gold Coast Multiplex with an extremely qualified personal trainer and have trained in boxing and mixed martial arts with a current UFC professional.

The 7 months annually that I am in California I train 1-2 times per week with Chris Chouteau. I have been doing this for the past three years. Our focus initially was on weight loss and sculpting of the muscle mass, which I had. Additionally, we worked perfecting movement, form and specific muscle group activation. My physique and mental approach have been transformed since being with Chris!

Therefore, I believe I am somewhat qualified to highly recommend Chris Chouteau to you as a personal trainer in your pursuit of physical, dietary and general fitness.

And probably most of all: Chris is a genuinely sincere and professional young man!
